The sun has been shining all day! So I plucked up the courage to go for a walk with Sharon and Miranda, even Libby ended up tagging on which was great, I rode me bike and walked a bit! We went all around the allotments across the school field back round allotments and onto the football field! Guess what!!!!! not one palpitation! I was in my element! normality...here is a piccy of my geese that I aint seen for weeks, months!
Had a little panic tonight though cos I have been bit on me finger and it's a little swollen so of course I think "oh God im gonna have to go hospital" but i shall be ok! It aint swollen any more...it itches more than ought! so anxiety free at one point was 10/10 but now about 7/10.

Wow you reached 10/10! thats good going Rach! it was a nice day round here until about mid afternoon then it came cloudy and cold, but were getting near spring slowly! xxxx
yeah and can i feel it... lovin it ...gonna get in me garden sat' if its still as nice...all me crocuses are comin up on me lawn ...all 200 of them and daff's ect..but it does look like a jungle so I need to get in there x gardenin makes me feel better.do you garden x
I don't garden enough really, but i'm gonna do this year, i like messing around with pots and hanging baskets, and i love petunia's! very colorful!
Well done kiddo, I soo happy that you had a nice relaxed walk/ride today, lovely! Bet the geese were pleased to see you too? Would love to get me hands on an allotment, but long waiting list round these ere parts for a little plot of land. Anyone would have gone a bit wobbly with worry about a poorly finger, let the blip wash by, cos it was a very successful day all said and done. Great progress missus! x x
